Wuthering Waves 3.1 banners will feature two new resonators — Aemeath and Luuk Herssen. Both new resonators are of 5-star rarities.

Aside from them, Chisa, Lupa, and Galbrena will be the 5-star rerun resonators for the WuWa 3.1 banner. The 4-star resonators have not been revealed yet.
