Rob Reiner is one of the celebrated filmmakers who has bombarded the industry with several iconic films since the 1980s. Not only do movie buffs know him as a director or producer, but also for his acting skills. For instance, Reiner’s portrayal of Michael “Meathead” Stivic in the legendary Sitcom All in the Family made him a household name, and he was also eventually praised by two Emmys for his incredible job. Rob Reiner appears in The Bear Season 4 Episode 3 at the 7:20 mark . He portrays Albert Schner , who approaches Ebraheim, who has been looking forward to creating an opportunity. So, he wants Schner to be his mentor. Schner agrees and starts to explain the deal to him. He starts by saying that the duo would have to meet every day for three weeks so that Schner can teach Ebraheim everything crucial to taking the business to heights.
Albert Schner starts mentoring Ebreheim from their first encounter, but before starting, he praises the latter after reviewing the papers, which consist of the numbers of sales he had done so far, initially for The Beef Original and later for The Bear. He is highly impressed with Ebreheim’s ambitions. Later, he also appreciates The Bear restaurant’s sandwich, but also calls the place a hit-and-miss, as he had read the reviews in the Tribune. He then calculates the numbers on the charts to determine the current situation of The Bear.
As the story moves forward, we meet him again in Episode 5, and this time, he is standing with Ebreheim in The Bear’s kitchen. He appreciates the space and the staff, but also continues to have Ebreheim make notes so that he can remember the things he must follow to grow the business.
