Durin should be the obvious first choice for most players for the Genshin Impact Luna III banners . He is arguably the best Pyro applier and sub-DPS in the game, on par with Mavuika but much simpler to play. Durin seamlessly integrates into many teams and effortlessly boosts the damage output for all reactions involving Pyro. Vaporize team users shouldn’t even think twice before going all in on Durin.
2. Xilonen

Xilonen is the next best character in the Luna III version. Xilonen is an equally good support as Durin, but she is slightly restricted due to her synergy with Natlan characters. However, her kit is extremely good, featuring both team-wide buffs, healing, shield, and interruption resistance. If you have invested in Natlan characters before but lack Xilonen, she should be your top priority in this version.
3. Venti

Venti has received new buffs and a new signature weapon for Genshin Impact Luna 6.2, aka Luna III. He is now a Hexerei character and has become a better Anemo DPS than Xiao and Wanderer . The old Genshin Impact character buffs have brought many old characters back into the limelight, and Venti shines the most among them. Venti’s new ability allows him to shoot Anemo arrows that go through enemies to deal massive Swirl damage after using his Elemental Burst. With this new buff, Venti will finally live up to his status of being the Anemo archon.
4. Varesa

Varesa is one of the most fun characters in Genshin Impact with a very unorthodox style of play. She is a really strong DPS, but her teams are limited. You absolutely need to have Iansan in her team to get the most out of her kit. Other than that, Varesa is a clear-cut Overload DPS and doesn’t have much versatility when it comes to triggering other electro reactions. This is why she is placed last in the pull order for Genshin Impact Luna III .
Should You Skip Genshin Impact Luna III (6.2) Banners?
Finally, many of you would likely be wondering whether it is worthwhile to skip Genshin Impact Luna III banners. This banner does feature some great characters, which makes it quite hard to skip. Durin is one of the best sub-DPS in the game and is extremely versatile, while Xilonen is also a very valuable support. Now, Columbina alone makes it worthwhile to skip Luna III banners . She is going to be a broken support for Lunar reaction characters. If you really want Columbina and won’t have enough Primogems to invest in both Luna III and Luna IV, then I recommend you skip Luna III. If you are more worried about quality, then you should definitely pull for Durin or Xilonen in this banner without worrying.
Durin is the best character in the Luna III banners, as he is the best Pyro sub-DPS alongside Mavuika and is extremely versatile.
You should only skip Genshin Impact Luna III banners if you only have enough primogems to invest in one character between Luna III and Luna IV versions. When that’s the case, I suggest saving up for Columbina in Luna IV by skipping Luna III.
