- While step 5 is yet to be released, finishing the available steps will reward you with other Pokemon and Poipole candy.
This one is for the Pokemon GO veterans out there. World of Wonders is the brand-new season in the long-running game that has every fan’s heart. As always, with a new season comes new special research. Completing these research tasks will grant you rewards along with a Pokemon. To help you with the newest season, we decided to list down all the Pokemon GO World of Wonders research tasks. So, with that, let’s begin.
The World of Wonders is Pokemon GO’s latest seasonal event. The season is free for anyone and appears under the “Specials” tab in the missions. The World of Wonders event will run from March 1, 2024, to Jun 1, 2024, at 10 am local time.
During this time, if you complete the first of the five steps in the event, you’ll get the poison-type Pokemon called Poipole . This Pokemon will be registered to your special Pokedex immediately, so you have ample time to start walking and completing the given tasks.
World of Wonders: All Special Research Tasks
As with any Pokemon GO event, you have a list of tasks available. Finishing them will give you appropriate rewards. Tasks are gradually rolled out throughout the season. Here are the current list of missions available for this season:
Step 1 of 5
- Catch 20 Pokemon : 10 Poke Balls
- Spin 10 PokeStops : 7 Pinap Berries
- Transfer 10 Pokemon : 7 Razz Berries
Reward: 803 XP and the Poipole encounter to catch the Pokemon.
Step 2 of 5
- Complete 7 field research tasks : Skorupi encounter
- Explore 10 km : Qwilfish encounter
- Make 20 nice throws : 15 Great Balls
Reward: 803 XP and 25 Poipole candy
Step 3 of 5
- Catch 30 Pokemon : Mareanie encounter
- Spin 15 PokeStops : 5 Hyper Potions
- Power up Pokemon 20 times : 5 revives
- Make 20 great throws : 15 Ultra Balls
Reward: 803 XP and 50 candy to level up your Poipole
Step 4 of 5
- Complete 15 field research tasks : Hisuian Qwilfish encounter
- Explore 10 km : 7 Pinap Berries
- Catch 25 different species of Pokemon : 5 max revives
- Defeat 5 Team GO Rocket grunts : 2 mysterious components
Reward: 803 XP and 50 candy to level up your Poipole.
Step 5 of 5
- Catch 40 Pokemon : Nidoran-M encounter
- Send 15 gifts to a friend: Nidoran-F encounter
- Evolve 3 Poison-type Pokemon: 2 Rare Candy
- Purify 5 shadow Pokemon: 2 Mysterious Components
