Keep grinding the missions in the game, collecting XP, and improving your Skill Tree till you reach level 60. Now, you are eligible to rank up your character to a Grade 4 Sorcerer. You can now use 25 Mission Essence that you have gathered to the Clan Head and ask them to rank you up by spending just $5000.
