Before you can begin hosting a heist in GTA Online, you must fulfil these requirements:
- Reach Rank 12 : Hitting rank 12 requires a total of 33,400 Reputation Points (RP). That figure may seem significant, but in practice, it should only take a few hours of gameplay.
- Purchase a high-end apartment : The apartment houses the heist planning room, which is why the host needs to own one. The cheapest apartment in the game, named Del Pierro Heights, costs $ 200,000 .
How to Start a GTA 5 Online Heist
To start the heist itself, just complete the requirements mentioned above, and then you’ll receive a call from Lester . The heist planner will invite you to his garment factory to discuss business, and he’ll also offer you the Fleeca Job . Accept it to transition to the aforementioned heist planning room. Since you’re the heist leader, you’ll be in charge of recruiting the crew, choosing the approach, and assigning vehicles.
