HSR 3.8 New Character Banner
The Dahlia Banner
The Dahlia banner will feature the new 5-star character The Dahlia, alongside other 4-star characters. The 4-star characters have been confirmed to be Gallagher, Luka, and Preservation March 7th. The Dahlia banner is going to be in the first phase of Honkai Star Rail 3.8.

Honkai Star Rail 3.8 will only add The Dahlia, aka Constance, one of the members of the Everflame Family of the Annihilation Gang.

The Dahlia, aka Constance, is a 5-star character of the Nihility path and has the Fire element. When it comes to The Dahlia’s kit, she is a Break Support, particularly synergizing well with Firefly. She can allow allies to deal Super Break damage, even without breaking the toughness bar completely.
Constance is one of the daughters of Duke Ifrit Inferno and likely the second in command of the Everflame Mansion Family. She first made an appearance in the Myriad Celestial Trailer — A Night of Ever-Flame: Scene 33. She was a Memokeeper and currently is a Cremator.

Honkai Star Rail 3.8 New Boss
- Harbinger of Death
A new boss will appear in Honkai Star Rail 3.8 storyline. This boss is shown to be an Iron Cavalry Knight that has been corrupted by The Swarm, looking eerily similar to SAM’s design. As this is happening in Penacony, it can be a corrupted version of SAM inside Firefly’s mind.

As per the latest leaks, Honkai Star Rail 3.8 is expected not to feature any new Relics or Planar Ornaments.
