The GTA Online Safehouse in the Hills update is officially live, and it brings purchasable mansions to Los Santos. The update sees the introduction of an in-game property broker named Prix Luxury Real Estate that has three opulent safehouses for you to check out. All three mansions look spectacular, and you can even upgrade their interiors and features by splashing some extra cash. All GTA Online Mansion and Prices
As mentioned at the start, A Safe in the Hills update brings three mansions to GTA Online. You can browse through them by using the Prix Luxury website on the in-game phone. Below, we’ve listed each property’s base price, but keep in mind that players who completed the New Listings missions before December 7, 2025, are eligible for a $2,000,000 discount.
The Tongva Estate

Perched atop the Tongva Hills, just south of Fort Zancudo, is the Tongva Estate. The property previously belonged to Devin Weston from the game’s story mode, and we all know what happened to him. If you’re interested in becoming the mansion’s owner, here’s what it’ll cost you:

The Vinewood Residence

Situated right near the iconic sign, the Vinewood Residence is the perfect home for movie stars and criminal masterminds alike. The mansion is also pretty close to the Diamond Casino, which makes traveling back and forth quite convenient.

Richman Villa

An apt name for the most expensive mansion in GTA Online, the Richman Villa is located in (you guessed it) Richman, and it commands some eye-watering figures.

Is Buying a Mansion Worth It?
If you’re making serious money and have some disposable income, then yes, a mansion is worth purchasing in GTA Online. These properties offer a wealth of space for you to lounge around in, as well as 20 garage slots per mansion. All mansions are locked behind the gate, which keeps any rival players outside, so you’ll always be safe inside the property.
The purchasable upgrades only make mansions cooler, including the AI Assistant that lets you manage your other properties seamlessly.
