It’s the first week of December, and Grow a Garden has just revealed a Christmas-themed update. Although there’s ample time for Santa’s arrival, his elves have entered the garden with a brand new shop and a quest. The shop is packed with new gears, pets, and cosmetics that you might not want to miss out on. So, check out this guide to know all about the items in Santa’s Stash and how each of them works in the game.
List of All Items in Grow a Garden Santa’s Stash
At the center of the lobby, you will notice a massive Christmas Tree and two elves standing in front of it. Head to the one on the right in front of the shop banner and interact with it by pressing the ‘ E ‘ key. A pop-up window opens up showing all the items in Santa’s Stash as given in the table below:
How Does Santa’s Stash Work in Grow a Garden
The Santa’s Stash shop is present in the Grow a Garden lobby at all times. Similar to the Safari Harvest Shop , it has a refresh timer that can be decreased by a collective contribution of plants to the Christmas Harvest event. At the start of the update, the refresh timer for the shop is 1 whole hour. But you can decrease it by 15 minutes twice if you make the following contributions:
- By Default: Cooldown is 60 minutes
- 4M Points: Santa’s Shop Cooldown changed to 45 minutes
- 8.2M Points: Santa’s Shop Cooldown changed to 30 minutes
Although items in this shop were unlocked based on milestones reached during the Christmas Harvest event, every new item introduced from now on is automatically unlocked. So, you can purchase them whenever you want, once they are in stock.
Best Items to Get from Santa’s Stash in Grow a Garden
So, once you have a complete idea of all the items available in Santa’s Stash, you must be wondering which are the ones worth spending your money on. There’s no need to worry since we have tested these items and found that the following are the only ones you should buy first in this update:
- Santa’s Surprise Present: This one can contain any one of the newest Christmas-themed pets and a chance to get the divine Krampus as well.
- Penguin: Getting this pet can grant you a cool chance at obtaining the Arctic mutation on your plants.
- Yule log: This can help boost your pet’s passives, and therefore, you should have it at this Christmas event.
You should get Santa’s Surprise Present, the Penguin pet, and the Yule Log first from Santa’s Stash in Grow a Garden.
The HyperHunger pet shard can be applied to your pets so that they will have huge hunger bars and therefore can be continuously fed to gain XP faster.
