Genshin Impact Luna IV (6.3) banners will feature three new characters — Columbina, Zibai, and Illuga. Columbina and Zibai are 5-star characters, while Illuga is a 4-star character.
Aside from them, Ineffa and Neuvillette will be the 5-star rerun characters for the Luna IV banner. Alongside them, Fischl, Sethos, Ifa, Gorou and Aino will be the 4-star rerun characters.
