Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3 has officially come to an end, and the stage is set for the next Battle Royale season to arrive. The current season, which brought superheroes to the island, has received a well-earned departure following the grand finale Super Showdown live event, which was a thrilling conclusion to the ongoing plot.
Now that the tentacle Superman decapitated is left behind on the island, and a strange bug invasion is slowly taking over, new heroes emerge and are joined by some familiar faces, with the likes of Power Rangers and Halo Spartans. While you wait for Chapter 6 Season 4 to arrive, just so you can squash some bugs, here’s when you can expect the new season to go live in Fortnite.

Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4 Countdown Time and Date
The downtime for Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 4, v37.00 patch is expected to begin on August 7, 2025, at 2 AM ET/11 PM PT . As per the past downtimes for a seasonal release of this scale, players can expect the servers to be offline for at least 6-7 hours.
This means the new Chapter 6 Season 4 will come out at 9 AM ET , and players will finally be able to jump back into the game. However, this downtime has not been confirmed by Epic as of yet, so wait for further details as we keep this section updated.
