- Disney+ subscription prices will see a considerable hike starting October 21.
- Fortunately, users can still avoid paying the extra money by taking the annual subscription before Monday.
- That way, users can take the annual subscription at the current price, not having to pay the extra money for exactly a year.
Apparently, these price hikes on the Disney+ subscription service will take effect from Monday, October 21. Both standalone and bundle subscriptions will be affected. The basic Disney Plus subscription , for instance, is currently being offered at $9.99/month, but starting next week, the price will rise to $11.99/month . Similarly, Disney Plus Premium , or the subscription that comes with No Ads, is currently at $15.99/month, but it will rise to $18.99/month . You can see a complete breakdown of the new prices here .
Now, the good news is that you still have the chance and time to save yourself some bucks. However, to do that, you have to opt for the annual subscription before October 21. Of course, even the annual subscription for Disney+ Premium will see a rise from $159.99 to $189.99. However, if you get yourself an annual subscription for $159.99, you won’t have to pay extra money for exactly a year.

All being said, it’s worth noting that you can only opt for this option for the Disney+ Premium subscription. Unfortunately, Disney doesn’t offer annual subscriptions for the several bundles it offers, which include services like Hulu and ESPN Unlimited. So, you have no choice but to go for a monthly subscription for these services.
To sum it all up, users who only want the standalone Disney+ subscription should go for the annual subscription before October 21. On the other hand, new users can grab the Hulu and ESPN bundles at a discounted price, but the monthly subscription fees for these bundles will go up on October 21 nonetheless.
