Traits are slightly different from mutations, not only in terms of obtainment but also in how players can obtain them. They change the aura of the brainrots in Steal a Brainrot and show a unique emoji above their heads; they won’t be naturally occurring on the conveyor belt.

The brainrot characters can only get traits during Steal a Brainrot admin events , and sometimes you are required to manually trigger them inside the game. That said, check out all the traits along with the method to get them:

How to Calculate Trait and Mutation Value in Steal a Brainrot

Now that you know about the traits and mutations in this game, it’s time to learn how they affect the money made by each character. You must have noticed the multipliers for each mutation and trait in the sections above. These multipliers denote how much more you can earn from the brainrots every second.

Here is a simple formula to calculate the money generated each second by a brainrot character with traits and mutations:

Money Generated per second = <Trait + Mutations multiplier> x Money per Second

Here, the mutation multiplier means the sum of the multipliers of both the mutations and traits in Steal a Brainrot. The money per second value is the amount of money generated by the brainrots every second. Simply multiply the money per second value for a brainrot character by the sum of the multipliers to get the final cash generated per second.

For instance, a gold mutated character will earn you 1.25x more cash than the standard money for a brainrot. Similarly, a character with Lava mutation and Bombardiro trait will earn you 10x (6x + 4x) more cash.
